Wedbush Capital acquires and builds growing companies that generally have revenues of less than $50 million and operating cash flow of $1 million to $5 million at the time of investment. Industries of focus include consumer products and services, business and financial services, and niche manufacturing.
The preferred initial investment is between $2 million and $7 million of equity. Wedbush Capital will lead or co-lead investments and has the flexibility to invest in control or non-control transactions.
