Tim Woodward is a Managing Director of Nth Power. Mr. Woodward has led investments in companies involved in renewable energy, demand side management, advanced metering and outsourced utility customer management. Mr. Woodward currently serves on the boards of AllConnect, Comverge, H2Gen, Li*on Cells, Practical Instruments and Earthanol. Prior to Nth Power, Mr. Woodward managed venture capital investments for Liberty Environmental and served as Chairman of Monitoring Technology Corporation. Mr. Woodward holds a MBA with honors from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science degree from UC Berkeley
