Ms. Nahas is Managing Director of the Southern California offices of Korn/Ferry International and a member of the firm’s Board and CEO Practices.
In her role, Ms. Nahas manages major global relationships and specializes in recruiting Presidents, CEOs and board members for clients ranging from multinationals to start-ups across a wide variety of industries. She is recognized among the top 100 recruiters in the United States, according to The Career Makers.
Ms. Nahas serves on the Board of Directors of International House of Pancakes (IHOP), a publicly traded corporation, and Whittier Holdings.
Active in many civic groups, Ms. Nahas serves on the Board of Visitors and Executive Committee for the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA, the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the United Way of Greater Los Angeles.
She is a member of the Trusteeship and the International Women’s Forum, a worldwide network of preeminent women. Ms. Nahas has appeared on CNN and “Good Morning America” to discuss various business issues.
Ms. Nahas has received many honors, including the Angeles Girl Scout Council’s Grace Award, YWCA of Los Angeles’s Silver Achievement Award for Business/ Corporate, Women of Achievement Award and the Aesculapians Service Award. In 2004, Ms. Nahas was awarded the Association of Executive Search Consultant’s Eleanor H. Raynolds Award, based on a career of excellence in executive search, as well as an ongoing dedication to volunteerism and improving the community.
Ms. Nahas received a BA from the University of California at Los Angeles.
