Gordon Einstein is a licensed attorney who practiced business, new venture, and technology law for six years, after which he founded Einstein Technology Partners (ETP) in 2001.
ETP specializes in serving the technology needs of Los Angeles-based private equity, hedge funds, mezzanine capital, M&A, investment bankers, and related models. ETP gets its business primarily from referrals. ETP’s clients have very niche businesses and demand very high-level services and availability from their systems. ETP can set up their servers, complex e-mail systems, phone / Exchange synchronization, virtual due diligence rooms, etc… and manage all of these services both on-site and remotely. ETP also has several strategic partners who provide high-end web design, e-commerce services, and custom application development. In addition, ETP is often retained to provide higher-level technology consulting. For example, ETP will co-author the portions of a private placement memorandum which relate to a particular technology, assist in the technical aspects of a due diligence process, and revamp a portfolio company’s IT systems in contemplation of a liquidity event.
Gordon attended Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, graduating in 1991, and the University of Southern California Law Center, graduating in 1995. Gordon is also a Microsoft Certified Professional on Windows 2003 Server.
