Sean joined Google as Principal of Corporate Development in 2005. He is a senior member of the team responsible for all of the company’s acquisitions and minority investments. Prior to Google he spent more than six years at Microsoft in a Corporate Development capacity, most recently as Director. Prior to Microsoft, Sean was an investment banker with Credit Suisse First Boston Technology Group, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Sean holds undergraduate degrees in Economics and French from Claremont McKenna College.
