Ali’s primary focus is building upon the core venture capital relationships and working with venture capital funds and their portfolio companies to provide innovative service offerings and quality professional services. For the past six years, Ali has been assisting companies with their start-up and growth challenges such as, building infrastructure, implementing accounting systems, developing policies and procedures, providing support to the accounting management, as well as, raising capital. In addition, Ali has over 15 years of public accounting experience providing audit and consulting services to growth companies. Ali’s experience includes mergers and acquisitions, IPO, logistics, systems implementations and process enhancement.
