I combine my experience, as President of successful private companies, with my 19 years representing only Tenants in my real estate career. Founding and building my companies has given me the life’s experiences or scar tissue that can only be acquired by those who have “been there, done that”. Working only with growing companies as clients for 20 years is my strength.
Over the years, I have worked both locally and nationally, representing technology and fortune 1000 clients. I am a Top Tenant Advisor driven by the singular obsession of extracting every available possible advantage from the ‘Landlord side’ of the facilities deal, for my clients, the American Business Corporation.
I have devoted much of my career to working with high growth clients favored by our Venture Capital and Investment Banking community. I assist the company to remain agile, in their facilities, which helps control reaction to momentary shifts and real strategic changes.
