Jacqueline Savaiano is a senior-level marketing media communications consultant for premier national and international Fortune 500 companies. She specializes in developing and executing editorial and media relations strategy and required supporting materials, including speeches, books, bylined articles, media kits, brochures, Power Point presentations, white papers, magazine development, and web development/content.
She stands out by offering individual attention and an inside knowledge of what the media needs and how to effectively reach the media based on 18 years of journalistic experience with TIME (1995-2003), People (1985-1990), Chicago Tribune (1977-1980), New York Times, Fortune, Health, Entertainment Weekly, Los Angeles Magazine, Los Angeles Times, Homestore.com, and St. Martin’s Press, for which she helped develop a book about Princess Diana as queen of our media culture.
Current clients include Capsugel (global leader in capsule manufacturing and division of Pfizer) and myShape.com. Since the 1980s, she has also represented Herbalife, Nintendo of America, Golden State Foods (major McDonald’s supplier), Radio City Music Hall & Rockettes, Biltmore Hotel, Sitmar Cruises, and WesCorp (country’s largest corporate credit union).
Savaiano has a master’s from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. As part of her bachelor’s from the University of Illinois, she studied at University College, London. She also has studied screenwriting and Italian language at UCLA Extension.
